Return and Refund Period
At MedixaLab, your satisfaction is our top priority. If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Be returned in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Be in their original packaging with all included accessories
- Include proof of purchase (order number)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at contact@medixalab.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. faulty, damaged, or incorrect item).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available. If you would like to change the size or model, simply contact us at contact@medixalab.com. Return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
